Mr. Kiley is a wood worker. He creates all manner of beautiful toys for the children of his town.
After an inspiring dream, two very special rocking horses are next on his list of creations.
Everything seems to go perfect for Roxie, who is given as Christmas present to a happy little girl.
But Rocky doesn't have the same experience. After being given to a cruel owner that same Christmas as his friend Roxie, Rocky's faith in humans is shaken.
Will he ever get a wonderful owner like his friend Roxie?
Or will he be thrown away, lonely and forgotten until the end of his days?
