"Amazing work!" As a track coach, this book has been an amazing source for my team and myself. It is easily applicable to real world situations in sports and has actually helped me to focus and push myself in everyday situations. Closing the Gap is my number one resource for coaching my team, and I have already seen improvement in the athletes' performance. Sport psychology is without doubt the most important part of any athletic endeavor, and David Rockwood definitely knows what it is all about. I would recommend this book to anyone even remotely interested in sport psychology or any related subject.
