We take our sushi seriously here in Los Angeles (or at least some of us do). The problem with sushi though is that everyone that eats it thinks they know where "the best" sushi is, and 99% of the time they are wrong. People love to suggest that I try their ‘favorite’ sushi bar telling me "it’s great", but more often than not, the restaurant is terrible. Like the sign at Sushi Nozawa says, “Trust Me”, that is what I need you to do: trust me and you will not be disappointed. This book will walk the novice or the expert alike through the maze that is good and bad sushi in Los Angeles.

This well written guide accomplishes exactly what it sets out to do: provide a great run-down of LA's sushi restaurants mingled with the author's personal quips, which makes it a fun read. The recommendations are spot on. Trust Me! is great for both sushi novices and connoisseurs alike. You will not be disappointed.
