"Outstanding!" Home Run! Wow! What can I say about the scholarly expertise and fundamental soundness of David Lowe's new project! He opens the door to new and exciting possibilities in Christian thinking; this is a must have book for any serious Bible student of the resurrection and rapture.
"Good Food" This is a must read for both those that want to take a good look at prophecy for the first time and those that have been studying for years. It's an excellent read, well laid out, and considerably thorough. David Lowe's work makes you reach out and dig a little deeper into the Bible while shedding light on something that's been hiding there all along. The prophetic model in Earthquake Resurrection is a unique perspective of the Biblical passages that speak of the future resurrection and rapture. David ties together the events of immortal resurrections to earthquakes and offers a new look at the 6th seal of the book of Revelation. He goes into grave detail so as to leave to stone unturned and offers detailed Greek and Hebrew cross reference study material from one end of the book to the other. "Wow!" What a well built theory of Bible Prophecy! I've studied these topics for years and never noticed what is revealed in this book. The scriptural references are truthfully layed out before you and key verses are focused in a way that presents really solid new conclusions about the end times.. especially Revelation. Don't give up reading if the cross-referencing starts slow. It'll build speed soon enough and pay off for you quickly! The focus on patterns fits well with what many have noticed about prophecy; that God's models from the past are seriously important and prophetic for the future. Revelation can now be seen to completely revolve around a few key verses which totally shed new light on rapture, physical disasters and the most likely meanings of many important Biblical events. One of the neatest things I also found is that science can almost always be found to completely support supernatural events given enough serious and faithful study (never mind what godless... More > scientists say). If you are serious about understanding anything about prophecy, you need to read this material. Its sort of like a super-concentrated soup of many of the best prophetic discoveries of the last 50 years all tied together with newly noticed, shocking insights.
