We spent our Honeymoon walking from Geneva to Menton across the French Alps. Mainly via the GR5 but also using the GR55, GR5E and finishing along the GR52.
It was seven weeks of walking a total of 732 kilometres with 40,000 metres of height gain and loss.
This is simply a diary of the trip, although it's written with Dave as the narrator it is drawn from a combination of Dave's audio diary and Ulrika's written diary along with photographs taken by Dave and Ulrika.
Not every tarte aux myrtilles was recorded, but enough to give a flavour of what it was like...
