"What a courageous thing to do!" "Born Over Again," is such a courageous book! Dayspring Tomkins has allowed us into a very private season of her life and relationship with God. The raw quality of the writing (mostly her personal journal entries) stamps REALITY all over it and leaves no doubt regarding the authenticity of the experiences described. The treasure of this is that it helps us as readers feel like this is not a story of someone far away and very different. Instead, we come to believe that the author is someone very much like us, and that if she can connect with God in such a vital way, then perhaps we can too.
