Conversation With an Alien

Groups of Homo erectus have been removed from earth in the far distant past by an extremely intelligent species, a species who call themselves the “Anthropologists”. Now, these ancestors of man have thrived on another world, a world over forty two light years away. A group amateur gold miners and friends meet with this intelligence and their lives are thrown into turmoil. The alien tells them it was necessary to guarantee mankind’s survival. Three generations struggle as custodians of history’s greatest secret and must deal with the probability that humanity’s cousins are out there, cousins that one day will wish to visit earth. Amid murder, fear, love and intrigue Sam Witten and his family struggle to stay alive and sane.
