Enlisted Initial Entry Training Policies and Administration (TRADOC Regulation 350-6)

This regulation applies to all active Army, United States Army Reserve, and Army National Guard enlisted IET conducted at service schools, Army training centers, and other training activities under the control of Headquarters (HQ), TRADOC and to all personnel, military and civilian, under the control of HQ TRADOC, who interact with Soldiers undergoing IET conducted on an installation, the commander of which is subordinate to, and within the supervisory chain of the Commanding General, TRADOC. Paragraph 2-6 of this regulation prescribes punitive actions and violations that may subject offenders to judicial or nonjudicial punishment under Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
