"Weapons of Mass Destruction" We went to war with Iraq in an attempt to locate Weapons of Mass Destruction, but there were none. And all the time we had abandoned, unstable loose nukes at home within miles of both the East and West Coasts. Nobody in the Pentagon seems to care if they leak or, worse yet, detonate. Their spokespeople actually have the nerve to claim that thermonuclear bombs that have been exposed to corrosive seawater for 40 years or more are not dangerous. They lie and put our lives at risk in the name of National Security when all they really want to do is to cover up their own blunders. The Air Force is not willing to spend the $5 million dollars they say it would take to locate the Tybee hydrogen bomb. Over the years, they have probably spent more than that on paper clips. Maybe we cannot stop them from playing with nuclear toys, but we can darn sure make them clean up their mess when they are done. The 2004 DTRA/A.S.S.U.R.E. expedition had its funding... More > terminated after only two days of searching. Somebody in the Pentagon must have been afraid that they would actually find the bomb and prove that all of the abandoned loose nukes are armed and ready to blow. Can you imagine how many heads in brass hats would roll in the ensuing ruckus? The Air Force is obviously covering up. The big question is why isn't Congress doing something about it?< Less

"Derek Duke - A Scam Artist" If you want good fiction about missing nuclear weapons, read Tom Clancy's "Sum of All Fears". Take a pass on this drivel. No money to be made here, move along. Duke and his failed business venture to make money off of lying to the public about this true event is worth about as much as the price of this book. It's a rare case that the US govt. is telling more of the truth than a scam artist who seeks to profit off of false information Get a cook book you'll find more use for it.
