"A good idea, horrible execution." Formatting errors abound. A lot of pages are missing type/words. The words that did manage to print have random italics scattered throughout. The text is basically impossible to comfortably read, which is a shame. -- EDIT 1: the fwis team has been very cool explaining the problem and working with me to make things right. On the other hand, lulu's customer service is not so awesome.
