Torture & Murder

ByDick Williams

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Was justice served in this case? I personally don’t think it was. Both killers should have been tried under the special circumstances clause making them eligible for the death penalty. That was my goal. The district attorney had other plans. Perpetrators in this case were either undercharged or not charged at all. The two females present during the torture, Horn and Goman should have been charged and the one defendant, Balfour, should have been tried on assault resulting in great bodily injury and death and sent to state prison.
