Professor William McKay had a life many would envy; a loving family; a successful career, the respect of his friends, peers, and a rewarding life teaching the physics of human performance at a small liberal arts college in the Pacific Northwest. Then, the disappearance of boxing's most valuable piece of memorabilia, the untimely suicide of a promising student, environmental politics and a dark presence from McKay's past thrusts McKay into the middle of a mystery that ultimately gives a new meaning to the phrase "think globally."

Doc Stull's writing snaps like a left jab, leaving you wondering what it was, exactly, that just hit you. He has a knack for storytelling that provides the reader with a sense of familiarity with his characters, and one could swear that, just by reading 'Muhammad Ali's Robe', you know exactly who these people are. I found myself entranced from the first sentence, and finished the book in a short few days. All I can say is, "You've got me on the ropes, Doc, now don't leave me hanging...what else do you have in your repertoire!"
