Compound Delusions is the sixth compilation of prose by American Poet & Author DonaTo. While working on the memoir RAW, Donato needed a break from all the reality and decided to dive into poetry as a way to express all the frustration surrounding the tedious process of "throwing people under the bus with specifics and details". After the death of a close friend and the sudden illness of another, COMPOUND DELUSIONS was born. Divided into three sections, the book contains thirty-three poems.
