This book is a fun read, but often profound. Sometimes you marvel at the absurdities that are foisted on us by the movie or TV scripts. Other times you are struck by the layers that are peeled back by the two authors who grew up entertained by these scripts. The compilation and the "lessons" are illustrative of how impressionable we, as a viewing public, are. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and plan to re-read it often.
