I applied this book's instructions eating only whole plant foods. My cholesterol levels at the start were 232, but after 90-days, they were 151. The Whole Plant Food lifestyle has remarkably sound research to support associations with preventing health issues and reversing disorders associated with serious consequences. I have not only experienced personally experienced confirmation, I have witnessed several others follow the same path and reverse their health issues.
