Understanding Leadership: It's a Verb, Not a Noun
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
An introduction of why a study of leadership requires that we employ extrinsic thinking and not what is normally used; a systemic approach. From such an accurate approach to leadership a person can better grow and lead because the path is clear and accurate. When a systemic approach is taken, the conclusions lead to a false sense as to what leadership is and what it takes to be a leader. This is why most leadership development programs are marginally successful - the systemic approaches upon which they are based mislead and misdirect the participant's attention and development.
