From a leadership perspective, character refers to the ethical and moral traits of a person. These traits can be used to assist in giving the leader his or her individuality. The character of a person is evident, no matter what the situation. Behavior can change, but the character or nature of a person does not.
This first book of the Ethnos Leadership process contains the four sessions of the character module that are designed to assist the authentic leaders’ quest for a lifetime commitment of leadership and mentorship by continuing to discover the limitless dimensions of character development by “Looking into the Mirror,” or self-reflection.
