    This fascinating book provides readers with an important aspect of British industrial history which, until publication of this book, had never been revealed to its full extent. The story of Cadbury's hugely successful Cococubs marketing campaign is told here by Dudley Chignall, the leading authority on Cococubs. It is complemented by some superb photographs of the models themselves, other Cococubs material and the Ernest Aris illustrations which inspired them. Aris of course was also one of Beatrix Potter's illustrators. A number of these are unique to this book. It will be of interest to anyone interested in social and commercial history, the history of confectionery, marketing history, British art history, children's book publishing and their illustrations.
