This book is reading very good to me. I adoring how exciting is the chase with villains and the details of weapons and everything. I adoring the romantic suggest and the sad death of a character and is good to all who like things like Indiana Jones and National Treasure is of that ilk. I give for star for I wish it is longer. I want to buy more book of this writer.

This was a really good read. I love that it appeals to both the male and female reader, so many books are aimed at one or other. For the men there's the details of weaponry and military stuff for the women there's the landscape and even meal descriptions. The characters are real. There is a horribly sad bit that made me cry! I strongly recommend this book. Hope it's the first in a series and not just a one off!

I really enjoyed this short novel. It is thrilling. It's Indiana Jones meets Dan Brown. Fast paced, descriptive, exciting. You really get to know the characters. I fancy Fiona, the feisty Scottish redhead who insists on joining the quest for the lost holy relics. I won't give a spoiler but I will say there is one really, really sad bit that is heart-wrenching. I will certainly buy any other books by Dylan Lumley.
