This is a wonderful fun and romantic story. It involves a lot of colorful characters, and an interwoven group of family and friends that make for a terrific read. I particularly love the two main characters. Colson Grey, and the wisecracking Ellery Cantrell. The Deputy Sheriff, and the introverted cowboy, horse trainer. It develops a great pairing. A relationship that fits their very diverse personalities, and backgrounds into a wonderful relationship, a great pairing.

I really enjoyed my copy of "Tourmaline" and I would encourage others to take a chance on this book. The story centers on Colson Grey, who is struggling with his identity and how to define himself and his life. Deciding to move forward, he finds The Red Stallion (a bar), and not long after entering, finds himself thrown into circumstances that he never expected. When you read this book, you will watch Colson's journey and personal growth. The story handles Colson's skepticism and evolution very well, and he makes for a very interesting character. I thought it was a great read, and I'm glad that it is a part of my collection.
