Everything is True

In this story the author combines his gift as a writer with the liveliness, imagination and intelligence of his acting ability in order to explain the Alexander Technique. He has a humour and sensitivity which shine out from his writing and which make it at once entertaining and educational, and his integrity is evident in the very moving oath or pledge of commitment which he gave at his graduation and which is incorporated in this text. There is no doubt we will hear more wisdom from this man as the years go by and I, for one, look forward to hearing it.
