The "Calendrier Magique" from 1896 Paris is just the wall hanging for an artists' studio in Montparnasse. MacGregor and Moina Mathers may have hung a copy on their wall. Sar Peladan certainly did. If you were in 1896 Paris with a Magical Calendar, you drank Absinthe, took Laudanum and evoked strange demons amid candles and incense. They also held satanic orgies in the catacombs beneath Paris. Do what thou wilt.
