    This is a great handbook for natural detox to achieve radiant health through a low fat raw vegan diet. The information in this little dynamite book is concise and to the point. A lot of learning in a small package. Simple, common sense recipes and food combining lists make going raw very easy. Improve your state of health and expand your knowledge whether you are new to a low fat raw food diet or already a raw vegan. There are many degrees of raw food diets with many of them including way too much fat (even if it is good fat, fat is fat). Ellen is living proof that the low fat approach brings ultimate wellness.
