"One of the Best I've Read!" I happened to read this book a few months ago when it was a free download from the author's site but just bought a copy for myself today. The book is just what it claims to be, a wonderful meditation guide for the beginner. There's a certain quality of calm that radiates from the pages. To be honest, I've only stuck with the "program" for a week or so at a time but plan on doing the full three months of journaling when I receive this copy. I truly say that I feel better when I follow the regime in the book. I suggest this to anyone who needs to relax.
"Wonderful Work!" This book is highly concentrated and its length deceptively short. Mainstream publishers, in their unwillingness to take risks on unknowns, are really missing out on some of today's best talent. We can only hope that writers of this calibre are getting paid what they should be. I reccomend this book and anything by this author. This particular work, if backed by the marketing dollars of a major publishing house, could potentially chart on the big three bestseller lists.
"Great Work on " I cannot say enough good things about "The Perfect Pause." Eric Walton is a very talented author and I am looking forward to future work of his.
