I write these words as remembrance of times we, sometimes, choose to forget. In those times, when all hope seems lost and time stands bitterly still, we look to words of guidance and wisdom to crawl our way to the top of the burdens we hold. I write these words, not as guidance, but as privilege. To know that I too was once wounded and I survived to dream and to live once again. I conquered the difficulties of love, faith and friendship. I stood alone for far too long. And when I surfaced from the tender parts of my life, I found myself all over again, in love, faith and friendship. For those who know these words are true, I give those words breath and life in At Day’s End.
