This incarnation of The Ethereal Gazette is a local showcase edition, meaning the contributors either are from Chicago or the collar counties or have Chicago ties. Most of the writers in here appeared in an issue of The Ethereal Gazette, except for one who appeared with me on Temple of Dagon.com. That author gave me his blessing to reprint the Cthulhu Mythos story into the magazine. There are 8 contributors living, there are three stories in the public domain. Old Bugs by H.P. Lovecraft is an obscure story set in Chicago, and the other two stories are there for you, the reader’s, entertainment. Did I mention this is the second local showcase issue? So as Rod Serling would say when he introduces a story, “These stories are submitted for your approval....” Featuring a novella written by the editor that was done back in 2008 then a new story by Lloyd Phillip Campbell (the real one.)
