The Adventures of Hugo and Oscar - Book 4

ByEveline Hill

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
These stories are about the adventures of two lovable dogs, called Hugo and Oscar, who live in New Zealand. They speak directly to the child about their exploits. The stories were written for the adult to read to the child to help improve vocabulary and imagination, and to aid in the moral and emotional development of the child, 3 to 7 years. This is the last book of their adventures because, in the last story, ‘Goodbye Hugo’, Hugo has grown old and dies. This may seem a morbid end to the stories but I feel young children have to deal with the subject of death and animals dying. I hope I have presented the subject in a sensitive way but if you do not want to read this chapter to your child, that is your choice.
