***** This piece should be required reading/watching for every adult or parent. It throws together the twin forces of guilt and blame with a child in the middle. The child is a bastard, certainly not his fault, the mother refuses to accept the fact even though she engendered it and spends the day trying to beat truth out of reality. Several child agencies have expressed interest in it, but none could get a theater to produce the thing. Personally, I do not wish to see it again. But it is good, just in a repulsive manner. After its first and only presentation, fully 40% of the audience sought counseling the next day. And the first four rows of the theater were empty for actII.
