Malcolm X was born Malcolm Little on May 19, 1925, in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Louise and Earl Little. Louise Little was a mulatto Moor born in Grenada in the British West Indies and Earl Little, a six-foot, very dark skinned Moor from Reynolds, Georgia, a Baptist minister and organizer for the prophet Marcus Garvey, who called for all Moors (So-called African-Americans) to go back to the land of their ancestors, which was Africa.
