R.R.J. In Custody-Death a Secrecy (Or Joke)

The suspected truth and uncalled for Death of a young man, who was only to be confined for a short time. Was waiting to be bailed out and wanted to call his Mother. Officers refused him this right, so he kept asking and what he received was a severe beating and hanging which lead to his Untimely Death. He was seen by his Mother, also an Officer of the Law and Paramedics prior to his being taken to Jail. His INTAKE PICTURES show none of the severe Bruises,cuts,bites,strangulation marks,etc which he had upon his Death In R.R.J.
