Adamo's child safety book is filled with common-sense tips and philosophies relating to child safety. His practical, sensible approach eliminates common, inaccurate perceptions of danger and asks the reader to focus on the real dangers - car accidents and home accidents instead of rapists and abduction. He argues that protection can be taken too far and impact the development of the child into a normal, healthy adult, and that modern society's collective lack of common-sense and government's irrational policy could be the cause of dangers worse than those they purport to prevent. The world needs more books like this.
