The writer had decided that he might write a book on how to help bring about Universal Health Care for all citizens of the United States. He thought the title of the book might be The Year 2024 has Arrived, since 2024 was the year, when it was most anticipated Medicare funds would run out. From the outset the writer decided he would utilize an effort in writing goodly part fiction and goodly part non-fiction, the two parts clearly discernable with reading of which entity was being addressed, the former or the later, but the chapters and even the scenes mixed up to keep the heaviness of the presentation the less with the component of fiction. The author decided it would be the better story telling, if he postulated that in 2014, that the next President elected was John Boehner. The tenth of February 2014 would be the first day that the Government would begin operating without monies for Medicare and Medicaid and many considered Boehner, the greatest foe of Medicare and he would be able to show his stuff
