The Great Lakes chapter of the National Cartoonists Society pays tribute to Chip Sansom, writer/artist of "The Born Loser" on the 40th anniversary of the strip created by Chip's father, Art Sansom. This book contains 17 full-page illustrations by chapter members congratulating Chip. It was debuted at the chapter meeting on Saturday, July 30 in Columbus, Ohio.
