The AIM Program Workbook is a companion book to: "The silly things that make us sick, fat and old". What makes us sick, fat and old is not what we have been told and therefore what makes us healthy, happy and engaged in life is not what we are doing in our life style. Yes our life style: what we do when we roll out of bed and throughout our day is the problem. How do we make changes in our life to get our health back and return our excitement for life.
Lulu Staff has been notified of a possible violation of the terms of our Membership Agreement. Our agents will determine if the content reported is inappropriate or not based on the guidelines provided and will then take action where needed.
