Creating Learning Spaces: Training and Professional Development for Trainers

This book is based on the work of the European Commission funded TT=Plus project on the training of trainers. The book examines the contexts in which training takes place in enterprises and at present policies and provision for the training of trainers in different European countries. It goes on to present a framework for the continuing professional development of trainers and examines different measures and mechanisms for implementing the professional development framework.
