This is book is a very important tool in running marathons and as a veteran of double digit marathons I highly recommend it. I trained with Grayson in preparation for the Boston Marathon and he definitely practices what he preaches. I take this to every marathon and read through it on the eve of the marathon to prepare my mind for the upcoming event.
