This book is so great. First of all let me tell you I've modeled for Greg and it was so much fun... I had a great time and left with amazing pictures, a nice caffine buzz and a smile on my face. I bought LBB2 as a Valentines day gift and I don't regret it one bit. Its fun, happy, random, and makes me feel good about people in general because it is a book full of girls actually happy to be modeling, a great photographer capturing the moment and lulu does a really good job printing it. All over well done and so worth the money!
Greg Easton is not only a phenomenal photographer and artist but also quite clearly a literary genius. He is exceedingly intelligent, well spoken/well written, and absolutely hilarious while still making his point. I love naked girls just like any one else. But I got this book for the other stuff. THINK about that. I am IN this book, yes I am one of the models...but I got the book...and liked it because of everything else besides the photos. Oh don't get me wrong I loved the photos too. Naked girls are always win. Especially the way he photographs them, it is incredible. But the rest is amazing on it's own. Compiled you have awesome writing, rants, hilarity, things that will make you think, and beautiful art. How can you not love this? If you don't, you may need a brain scan. Get the book. You will be very happy you did.
Got this for the articles. No, really! He writes that well! Different style from the first book. He still has the beautiful models and he treats them right; great work. Great book. Everyone should have a copy for their library. If you don't have a copy of the first book, get that, too.
The 2nd installment to Greg Easton's Little Black Book Series was well worth the wait! Interesting angles, beautiful subject matter, and edgy and insightful commentary, make Little Black Book II impossible to put down! I read through the entire book in the first 2 hours after getting it in the mail, but I see something new every time I pick it up. Get it, you won't regret it.
