    "What a great find!!!" FINALLY! Someone who is not afraid to tell the truth about the diet industry. I have an entire library of diet books. Since I received Just Stop Eating So Much, it is now the only diet book that is not on the shelf but used daily. It is so easy to follow. The meals are delicious and everything the author says makes sense. His story is amazing. I was so inspired I couldn't help but want to do exactly what he tells you to do. This book is not only a great diet, it is also entertaining and motivational. So glad I bought it!

    "Definitely a diet book worth owning!" I used to think there was something wrong with me. No matter how many diets I tried, I could never take off the weight I put on during my pregnancies. Then came this book, which examines the myths that the diet industry offers, and then offers a real solution that actually works. Is it tough? Yes. Does it work? Absolutely. Am I wearing my skinny jeans while writing this? You betcha! This is definitely a diet book worth owning!

    "So Informative!" I've spent years trying to find a quick fix to my weight. Gregg has taught me skills and techniques that have been invaluable to my weight loss. Finally someone has given it to me straight with no false promises. His plan is doable and works.
