Journey of the Orphan

In the Kingdom of Alidia, an orphan girl named Aerilyn is assistant to the Royal Archivist. Having never known a family, Aerilyn spends her days working amongst the ancient historical records under the tutelage of her old mentor -- until she is caught up in a plot to murder the king. Now she must transport a precious secret across an island of danger, with the assassins hot on her trail.
