I love the cover and the variety of the poems inside. My personal favorites are the haikus. Some of the poems made me chuckle (Ode to Why You Won't Get Close to Me), some painted delicious portraits (of fall, for example), and I admired the play on words as in (S)words. I would recommend this book to poetry lovers.
I really enjoyed this- from the cover art, to the layout, impressive. While some of the poems were a little weightier than I enjoy, I found that I could still "see" the story or picture being told. The lighter, humorous pieces were fun, and I caught myself laughing quietly as I read one or two pieces. Definitely something I'm recommending to friends who enjoy poetry.
Nice cover and the poems are good. A few of the poems are beyond my thought, but there are some for everybody: love poems, depressing poems, humorous poems. Everyone should find something they like.
