"I would highly recommend this book..." Mr. Rutter, having several years of business experience, is highly regarded to me as a "man who knows what he is doing." Although I do not own a business, I would look to his book packed with advice first if I was to venture into the world of business ownership. Which someday, I may do with the help of this publication by my side.

"Fairly good" This is a pretty good book on how to sell your business. One of its strengths is that it takes a long-term approach. Your business should always be ready to be sold, because you don't know when a personal or family emergency will necessitate this. Also, by doing the necessary planning long in advance, you gain intelligence that can help you run your business more efficiently (and profitably). Finally, by being organized when you are ready to sell, you will get a higher price. My only gripe is that the book needs a proofreader. He has lots of run-on sentences, sentence fragments, etc. It's distracting, but there was never a case where I wasn't sure what he meant.

"Great Book for Business Owners!" Grover Rutter has a must read for the busy entrepreneur. He has taken a “common sense” approach to showing any business person how to maximize the profitability of their business.

"GOLDMINE" I Also have been fortunate enough in my professional career to have met and used Mr. Grover's services. He has served as my CPA for over 20 years and has always given good sound advice and extraordinary service. This wisdom and his keen understanding and insight into the business world have migrated to a Great book. I would highly recommend this as a must read for anyone in business or starting a business.

"Very interesting and useful" My wife and I are currently determining if we are going to open our own business and this book is just what we needed to help answer some of our questions.
