A peasant's Stream Of Consciousness

A Peasant's Stream Of Consciousness is a collection of ten poems from my play of the same title which came in the top ten shortlist of the BBC African Performance Competition of 2010.The poems journey us through a Sub--Saharan peasant's experiences and perceptions of global issues such as the global financial crisis,soil degradation as a result of chemical use in farming, the effects of global warming, gender laws and the loss of culture in African society.
