I found this anthology to be empowering, inspiring, and above all masterfully crafted. The thematic organization is effective to say the least; not only does it make the poems easily accessible according to their content, it creates in-depth meaning for each theme presented. Each poem contains a message of its own that is powerful enough to captivate a given reader, but subtle enough to not overpower the other pieces presented. There is enough specificity within the pieces presented to give them substance and definition, yet also enough ambiguity to inspire the reader to consider a multiplicity of meanings. Every author that contributed to this anthology should have great pride in what they have written, and know that their heartwarming, carefully considered pieces of art have reached many hearts in just the right manner.

Poetry is a parallel universe where our minds clean up and we become better people with "beautiful minds". Reading this book is one of the ways to visit this universe. Thank you for your hard job, friends!

The writing and depth of sharing is amazing--with so many beautiful and provocative insights! The theme of the poets' yoga practice is woven throughout. Just reading many of the poems gave me a much greater desire to connect with what the practice of yoga offers!
