A Trail in the Woods

In the second book of mine, Megan and her friend, Patty, enjoyed the trips with Rainbow to the creek in the pasture. They especially loved their picnics under the big willow tree beside the creek. One day they left the security of home and followed a dog along a trail through the woods to a mysterious old house. They were frightened at the sight of the person living in the house. On their way home, they became lost in the woods. It was a most frightening experience for the girls. That‘s when they called on God to help them find their way home. The girls learned a very valuable lesson from this experience.
