Thanks, Heidi! I love what you’ve done! This book is a great resource for applying Dr Buchholz’s Heal Your Headache diet, with hundreds of recipes of only migraine-free ingredients. The “soy” sauce is an aromatic stroke of genius, and there are other hard to imagine recipes like salad dressings. There are dinner courses from simple roasting instructions to yummy hamburger pie and plenty of deserts.
