"Hulu is not very friendly. Can't download book. " Third day I asked for customer support. Still no reply from Lulu support staff. Tried to download again (10th time), no change. Here's the error message: "a file I/O error has occurred. The file connection timed out." The customer support on Lulu is much less than satisfactory. I'm passing this on to you. As far as the book itself, I'm very excited to read it. I just wish I could get my hands on it.
