    "great health & diet refence book" This book has given me the boost I needed to begin eating in a healthier way. I'd already read books on food combining, but David & Hélène have explained the reasons why food combinations work. They have also included steps needed to maintain a more balanced lifestyle. Ensuring that all weight loss efforts won't be lost due to: 'lack of sleep', rewarding oneself with food after a difficult day, or any other excuse we've all made up! Great job!

    There’s so much in Precalculus courses that you don’t need for Calculus… and so much that’s covered, but much differently than how you’ll really use it… wine. Regards,

    "Wow! Thank you" Thank you David and Helene for creating such an easy-to-follow weight loss plan. I am 3 weeks into my program and have lost over 10 lbs. Needless to say, I am overwhelmed. I have tried many diets and other weight loss programs in the past, but have never gotten such results. Plus, it just feels right every step of the way. It's amazing. I cannot say enough. Again thank you.

    "Lost 8 pounds" I'm 42 and I didn't think it was possible to lose weight at my age. This program take some getting used to, but I did it, and I achieved my goal of losing 22 pounds. It took me over 2 months, and it was hard at first, but now, with the results, I can see that 2 months was nothing. Great book. Great recipes. It's a lot of information at first, but it is so worth it. I recommend this book to anyone who is serious and determined about losing weight. It really works.
