Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
The 1L Contracts Law course is the doctrinal cornerstone of transactional law practice. Unlike many casebooks, this book begins with a contract. The book’s first two units deal with a single contract: the surrogacy agreement that formed the basis of New Jersey courts’ In re Baby M. Each chapter includes the following: (1) “Focus of This Unit” – providing background & suggestions about what students might want to watch out for with respect to the materials that follow. (2) “Cases and Materials” — cases, statutes, secondary materials, and Review Questions. (3) “Problems” - problems, the answers to which (or arguments to be made about each) can be found in the Cases and Materials.
