Beans My Dear Woman

A collection of Gaelic songs and folk tales preserved by folklorist, Fionán Mac Coluim, and published under pseudonym, Finghin na Leamhna, in 1904. The contents, which include The Airey Tailor, The Palatine’s Daughter, I’m in Arrears, or, A Drinking Song and The Little Flax Wheel, have been translated into English by Seán Ó Luanaigh of Muckross and the book reproduced with a short introduction to Mac Coluim by Janet Murphy.
