Jun 14, 2016Love it! I really needed some sort of plan. Quite often I struggled to make up my mind as what workout I should choose. Always went for the very long ones thinking it was the best way to burn the most calories but then ended up too tired and was taking too long rests in between the workouts. I highly recommend reading through everything they say before going in to the workouts. FB changed the way I exercise, I spend less time exercising but see more results. So grateful for FB!
Mar 16, 2015I finished this program in February after I had completed the 8 Week Fat Loss Program for busy people. I had LOVED the first program I completed but knew I wanted to challenge myself more with longer workouts. I was really nervous that this would be too much but it was definitely manageable. Once I told myself that my daily workouts were just another thing to check off my to do list everyday it became easy. Kelli and Daniel have completely changed my life. I am now on my third program of theirs, the FB 8 Week Fat Loss Program from their website. I can't rave enough about all of their programs, their workouts are phenomenal, fun and you are constantly switching it up which is my favorite part. I never get bored!! Love you guys thank you for putting these together for us!
Dec 18, 2014I am a full time employee and currently busy planning my wedding so I don't have enough time to do a single workout. When I found this website, I thought that it's worth to try. and I am not wrong! but I feel ashamed though, coz I need 3 months to finish this program :( to sum up, this is totally worth the money and time! I am not into gym since it costs TOO MUCH and I am wearing a hijab so I feel kinda uncomfortable to do intense workout in front of everyone. This program is perfect for home workout and I don't have to worry about anyone's eye judging me. thank you guys!
Sep 18, 2014This is worth the money and all the time you will put into this program. This is my 2nd round I purchased and have been happy with the results. I am excited to see that there is a round 5 now up for purchase. This program has almost all new videos with older ones here and there. I like the new video formats better then their older videos. I need the timer and Daniel and Kelli encouragement. The first round I did was round one and lost 10lbs and 7+inches. I am current going through this program round 4 again (2nd time through) and while the scale has not changed much I have lost inches around by stubborn belly. Love the upper body strengthen training and recommend getting the powerblock weights. Most video range from 45 to 55mins with some only lasting about 35. Just remember that the 55min video have a cool down and warm up. I do not recommend this program for a beginner. I would recommend their other beginner program for those. Sep 11, 2014Let me begin by saying this: this program works wonders. Everyone who has tried to lose weight through exercise knows that it isn't easy. You won't see any progress if you give up when your muscles start to burn, so as long as you get that out of your head, you will find exercise much easier. This program is structured wonderfully. When you go through a leg-intensive workout one day, the next focuses on arms or abs, to give your legs a rest. I'm only halfway through my second week, and I notice a change not only physically, but also in how I feel. I have more energy, less cravings of junk food, and I find myself looking forward to my next workout, even though I'm nowhere near a fitness junkie. However, believe me when I tell you that if you're buying this workout plan (which is a crazy good deal for $10), you MUST invest in some dumbbells. This isn't optional, even though the workout plan says it is. There are several workouts specifically dedicated to lifting weights, which really... More > isn't possible without dumbbells, because you'll also need to adjust the weight for each exercise. Other than that (and a yoga mat if you're on a hard surface), you're golden. The first week, or two weeks won't be easy, but they won't exactly be hard either. Sure, you'll be working your butt off and sweating like a pig, but you can definitely trust that Kelli and Daniel know what they're doing.< Less
